Farmers’ Markets for WIC Families

Shopping at farmers’ markets is a healthy way to support your local farmers while adding variety to your meals. Families can try lots of different fruits and vegetables. They can also be a great place for children to explore and learn.

WIC benefits at the farmers’ market

The California WIC program offers two types of food benefits to use at farmers’ markets.
